Yes. Every plan includes at least one seat, and you can invite teammates from Settings, and each seat can run reports, build Groups, and export keys. Only admins manage billing and integrations.

Yes. Connect either from Settings to get alerts when a creator goes live or claims a key, and pull performance reports on demand. Discord can also import keys directly in channel.

Yes. Generate a report for any title and share the link, with no login required on their end, so it's easy to send to a publisher or partner.

Twitch and YouTube Live are gathered continuously, so new streams typically surface within 10 to 15 minutes. Search results and per title insights are aggregated nightly from that data. For Twitch we capture creators once a stream passes 5 viewers; YouTube has no minimum.

Yes, all keys are encrypted with industry standard AES 256 before they're stored, and decrypted only when a creator claims them. They're never shown in plaintext in the dashboard.

Every title gets rolling 7, 30, 90 and 180 day windows plus a full all time view from day one. Higher tiers can also pick a custom date range for reporting and leaderboards.

Yes. Trending Games surfaces titles gaining creator momentum this week, and Rising Creators highlights streamers whose viewership is outgrowing their follower count, both independent of which titles you track.

Export any view to CSV whenever you like. Studio tier and up can also keep a Google Sheet permanently synced to Snowball, with no need to export again after the first setup.

Each search or filter change uses one credit. Credits don't roll over monthly and aren't sold separately, and the allowance is sized to be more than enough for a typical user. Email exports and key limits are separate allowances, so a big export won't touch your search credits. Hitting a cap often? Contact us and we'll sort a solution.

No. Snowball treats DLC as part of the parent title, the way Twitch and YouTube track games. No extra fees per DLC, ever.

Yes. On paid plans each title can be changed once every 3 months. On the free plan each title gets 4 changes within 12 months of its first change, and after the 4th it stays put until those 12 months are up. Filling a title slot for the first time doesn't count, and if you pick the wrong game you can fix it once within 48 hours for free. Removing a title archives it with its history and imported keys, so you can bring it back later, and if the new title is already tracked by another Snowball org you'll see its history straight away.
